As with all our other services, the first step is always to organize a meeting with you in order to better understand your business, your goals, and your challenges. Specifically, we’ll need to get a better feel for what your current video requirements are, what budget you have, and the rough timeline for your video project. Of course, you are more than welcome to ask us any questions as well, as this will help us all get fully aligned.
At this point, we should be ready to draw up a proposal to work together. This document usually includes a detailed description of the type of video services we will provide, the suggested timeline, and a full price that covers everything – so you don’t have any unexpected costs crop up in the future.
Once you are happy with our proposal, we will officialize it with a legal contract and get started on your video project. If you are not satisfied with the first outputs of your video, then no worries – your contract will also include an exact number of iterations that we will provide for free. Ultimately, our goal is for you to be fully happy with the final video we deliver, and we completely understand that, in some cases, this might take a bit of work from both sides!
